REFUND POLICY

If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me directly by email artchikk78@gmail.com or by phone 630-606-0395 within 14 days of receipt of items and I will be happy to repair/replace damaged items or discuss refunds or exchanges. You may be asked to return the item(s) with any included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return:  Deposits for custom commissions and orders are non-refundable once work begins. This deposit covers work time and supplies used and cannot be refunded unless the piece has not been started.
If the request is canceled prior to my beginning work on it (generally within 24 hours, excluding rush orders) I will offer a full refund.
I will also be happy to discuss changes and corrections to correct any dissatisfaction to the best of my ability. Clients will receive up to 3 requests for corrections For custom portraits.
I will offer a 50% refund upon return if you are dissatisfied once you receive your custom artwork and wish to return it or will do my best to remedy the issue.
